Site Remediation/Spill Clean-ups: When you have identified contamination on a property and are now preparing to clean –up the contaminant, you have to look at all your alternatives. In situ treatment technologies are programs that we have not entered into at this time however, we can connect you with some firms who can help. If you are preparing to dispose of materials off site we can put together a program for assessing materials (perhaps some will meet non-hazardous criteria) and then arrange for their transportation and disposal.

PCB Materials: Electric light ballasts containing PCB’s and PCB soils or debris are all materials that we can manage for you. Transformers their fluids and carcasses can also be coordinated for their disposal and/or recycling.

Plant Closures: It is often unfortunate when facilities that have employed so many for so long end up shutting down. The environmental due diligence however is still a very important liability associated with the building property and your corporation. We can assist you scale down and phase out operations, equipment and raw materials. Clean-outs and disposal from the tanks, trenches and process areas still have to be completed.
